Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Waukee, Iowa. Completed plans call for the expansion of a municipal facility.
The extent of the work on this project is the furnishing of all labor, equipment, and materials for the construction of improvements in Waukee generally described as follows: Build-out of a 3,045 SF open space on the 2nd floor into offices, IT room, work room and an open office area. New egress stairs from the existing mezzanine into the garage. A. Scope of demolition and removal work is indicated on drawings and specified in Section 02 4100. B. Scope of alterations work is indicated on drawings. C. Renovate the following areas, complete including operational mechanical and electrical work and finishes: 1. 2nd Floor areas identified on the drawings. D. Plumbing: Alter existing system and add new construction, keeping existing in operation. E. HVAC: Alter existing system and add new construction, keeping existing in operation. F. Electrical Power and Lighting: Alter existing system and add new construction, keeping existing in operation. G. Fire Suppression Sprinklers: Alter existing system and add new construction, keeping existing in operation. H. Fire Alarm: Alter existing system and add new construction, keeping existing in operation. I. Telecommunications: Alter existing system and add new construction, keeping existing in operation.
