IMPORTANT Sanitary measures for public opening : The Town Hall being closed until further notice; Access to City Hall is by appointment only., In order to limit the number of people present, only one person per company submitting a bid may attend the public opening and this person must present his vaccination passport when he arrives at the reception. We preferably invite bidders to consult the opening results on the electronic tender system. Eligibility To be eligible to bid, a bidder must: (a) have performed at least three contracts for similar work in the past five years; b) have an establishment in Qu bec or in a territory covered by an intergovernmental agreement on the liberalization of markets applicable to the City Reserve The City does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received, nor to incur any liability or any costs of any kind towards the tenderer(s).
