The Lake Region State College (LRSC) is in need of a solution to remedy sound echoing in our new building, Hofstad Ag Center. Proposals received from suspended or debarred bidders will be rejected. Proposals determined to be nonresponsive to the requirements of the IRFP will be rejected. Lake Region State College reserves the right to reject the proposal of an Offeror determined to be not responsible. Lake Region State College reserves the right to refrain from making an award if determined to be in its best interest. Floor plan is provided on this addendum for reference. The acoustic problem that LRSC seeks a solution for is in the Conference Area (1,970 SF) and Entry (479 SF). The Lake Region State College (LRSC) is in need of a solution for echoing issues in classrooms and conference center. LRSC is also looking for one company for this project that must follow the below requirements. Must complete an onsite inspection of the issues and propose a solution. Site inspection and walk-through must be completed by February 9, 2022 in order to be considered as a bidder for this project. Bidder will present their solution to LRSC and explain why they feel this is the best solution for fixing the problem. This will be a 30-minute virtual presentation set up by LRSC to be schedule between LRSC and vendor. Bidder must provide detailed pricing information and information on proposed products. All travel and expenses related to this project must be included in the final bid.
