The contract(s) will consist of furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to 1) mow and trim specified grass areas of Farmview Fields, Greenway Meadows Park, Smoyer Park, Hilltop Park, Grover Park, Community Park North, Marquand Park, Quarry Park, Harrison St Park, Fieldwood/Griggs Site, Monument Hall Complex, Mountain Lakes Lower Earthen Dam and SOC River Rd Site, in Princeton; 2) perform all fertilization and turf management applications at Community Park South, Farmview Fields, Greenway Meadows Park, Grover Park, Hilltop Park, Smoyer Park, the Witherspoon Street Municipal Complex and Monument Hall Complex in accordance with industry standards and Department of Environmental Protection regulations. Bids may be submitted in person or by mail. Princeton assumes no responsibility for lost or non-delivery of any bid sent to it prior to the bid opening. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c. 127 and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1.1 et seq., Affirmative Action, and P.L. 1977, c. 33, Stockholder or Partnership Disclosure Statement, and all other requirements as set forth in the Information to Bidders. Bidders are hereby informed that funds as of yet have not been appropriated. This project will not be awarded until the funds are appropriated. If funds are not appropriated for the year 2022, this bid will not be awarded. Bidders may bid on any or all of the sections specified. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or to accept any part or all of a bid which, in its judgement, best serves the interest of Princeton, not withstanding amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the date and time set for the opening of bids.
