**As of March 16, 2022, bids were rejected. No definite date for the rebid. the St. Joseph Fish Cleaning Station Improvements received one bidder on March 8, 2022 and the bid was rejected. They will be re-bidding this project in the near future. The Project includes the construction of two septic tanks in line with the existing sanitary lateral including pipe, fittings and abandoning existing lateral where needed for construction, restoration, and all related work A pre-bid conference will not be held. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The City of St. Joseph reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the City of St. Joseph.
