The scope of the project involves work at both the Manchester-Shortsville Instructional Complex and Bus Garage. The work to be performed at the Instructional Complex includes construction of a pre-engineered Storage Building; parking lot, sidewalk, and site accessibility improvements; entrance canopy upgrades; renovation of toilet rooms, existing art rooms, and corridors, along with all associated MEP improvements; window replacement; as well as lighting and HVAC upgrades. The work to be performed at the Bus Garage includes roof replacement, parking lot improvements and overhead door replacement.
