Conditions: Only bids from contractors having their principal place of business in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by this agreement are considered for the purposes of awarding the contract. and who have the license required under the Building Act (RSQ, c. B-1.1). Tenders must, of necessity, be prepared on the forms provided in the tender documents. The tenderer must not, during the last three (3) years preceding the date of opening of tenders, have been the subject of an unsatisfactory performance report from the Owner or the Service Center representing him relating to previous contracts. Tendering contractors are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, both for their solvency and for the content of their tender. The Owner does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received without incurring any obligation and any costs of any kind towards the tenderer(s). Bid Bond 10% is required. Performance and Material Bond 50% is required. Start date : 01 Apr 2022 End date : 22 Jul 2022 award is subject to final approval.
