The cutoff date and time for questions is January 20, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. It is the responsibility of prospective bidders to contact Brent Nation at (970) 542-3972 to verify receipt of questions. Based upon such inquiry, the City may choose to issue an Addendum. Proposals must be properly signed, and any addendums acknowledged, by an authorized representative of the company with the legal capacity to bind the company to the contractual agreement. In addition, the authorized representative's signature of the Proposal assures the company's understanding of the City's Procurement Policy. Only Proposals properly received will be accepted. The City's Procurement Policy is available for review in the Municipal Code, Chapter 4, Article 6, Procurement and Contract Program.
