Questions, please call Steve Litton at 903-884-2061 SELECTION CRITERIA: In accordance with Texas Education Code as amended, Pewitt Consolidated Independent School District shall evaluate all proposals based on a combination of factors that the District determines provides the best value to the District. -Test and preserve existing irrigation system - Strip entire field & dispose spoils onsite at designated location - Import +/- three 16 yard loads of material as recommended to ensure positive drainage from adjusted crown to existing perimeter swales - Regrade entire field - Adjust irrigation heads to match new grade of field - Finish grade with laser guided equipment - Verify base for planarity, slope & elevations prior to sod installation - Supply & install new sod (Celebration) - Topdress new sod with topdressing sand - Clean-up as required Remove & Replace Existing Goal Post o Remove existing goal post and dispose of offsite o Remove existing concrete foundations o Provide & construct new concrete foundaitons as required o Provide & install new 8' offset standard goal post Install +/- 750 lf of 6" HDPE Backfilled with Drain Stone o Provide & place 6" HDPE at both sidelines; HDPE to tie into existing inlets o Backfill trenches with washed drain stone Cover with new sod
