The Rural Municipality of Hillsdale No. 440 will be accepting tenders for the supply of a new motor grader with basic specifications shown below and subject to the conditions noted, which include the acceptance of a used/pre-owned motor grader on trade. Grader Requirements o NEW 2022 current production model o 6-wheel drive o 280 or 300 HP o 16-foot one-piece moldboard o High visible LED Blue & Amber beacon o Front and Rear Fenders o 2 Auxiliary Hydraulic Functions (7 Left Hand & 7 Right Hand) o include wing attachment as an option o include 3 wing valves installed as an option (2 plumbed to rear of machine and 1 at mid-point) o do NOT include ripper/scarifier Trade Grader o 2015 John Deere 772G Grader with approx. 6300 hours Tenders Must Include: o Specifications o Terms and conditions o Total price with breakdown of taxes and delivery o Warranty & Service information details o Estimated delivery date of grader to RM Shop o Supporting documents (ex. Brochures) Tenders shall only be accepted from suppliers that maintain a full heavy-duty mechanical service in the Rural Municipality of Hillsdale No. 440 area.
