Renovation of a fire / police facility in Dunlap, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Pursuant to 70 ILCS 705/11k the Dunlap Community Fire Protection District is soliciting sealed competitive bids for the installation of a Vehicle Exhaust Extraction System at its Fire Stations at 11920 N. State Rt. 40, Dunlap, IL 61525 and 400 N. 4th St., Dunlap, IL 61525. Written requirements are available by contacting Fire Chief Jim Hanson at 309-267-1955 or by email at dunlapfire@gmail.com. Bids are to be clearly marked "Vehicle Exhaust Extraction System Bid" on the outside of the envelope. It is the bidder's responsibility to assure and verify the actual receipt of its bid by the District by the submission deadline. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids after evaluation of bids for either budgetary reasons, a change in the procurement plans of the District, or the failure of any or all bids to be non-responsive or not responsible as determined by the Board of Trustees. Provide and Install a fully automatic Vehicle Exhaust Extraction System for removal of apparatus exhaust emissions from start up to door threshold.
