Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Bar Nunn, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the construction of a 21,606-square-foot fitness / recreation center; for site work for a fitness / recreation center; and municipal facility.

As of February 2023, site work is underway and vertical construction is tentatively scheduled to commence in June 2023, however, an exact timeline for construction has not been confirmed. The procurement of Construction Manager At Risk (CMAR) services by a qualified CMAR Firm to participate in a collaborative process to assist in the development and finalization of the design; to provide scheduling and budget input; to provide bidding services for potential sub-contractors; to influence the methods, phasing and sequencing of the construction phase; and participate in the construction delivery for construction of the new Administration and Recreation Center. TOTAL: 21,606 S.F. The proposed Town Hall and Recreation Center building is geographically central to the Town of Bar Nunn and acts as a gateway building to the community. It is adjacent to the current rec fields and can provide support to community events hosted at these venues. The use of the building will be split into two primary functions; one serving the community with recreation and multiuse event space and the second will serve as the administrative and elected town officials space. The Recreation facility is designed to serve as a community gym, with a regulation sized high school basketball court, and weight room/cardio room. The gym has a seating capacity of approximately 325 people for a sporting event. The administrative spaces will replace the Towns current space, providing new office space, council chambers and multiuse community space with access to a warming kitchen. The TOWN OF BAR NUNN presently anticipates that the interview process will be take place the week of February 28th and final selection completed prior to March 15th, 2022 For the purposes of this RFP, construction is expected to commence during the summer of 2022.
