This Project is for concrete fence replacement at the City of Cedar Park Dies Drinking Water Ground Storage Tank Facility at 2419 Cypress Creek Rd., Cedar Park, Texas, 78613, at the intersection of Cypress Creek Road and Anderson Mill Road. Fence to be replaced is depicted in Exhibit A, for a total of 665 linear feet of fencing. There is an additional alternate bid item for the replacement of chain link fencing with concrete fencing at the City of Cedar Park East New Hope Elevated Storage Tank Facility at 350 East New Hope Dr., Cedar Park, Texas, 78613, at the intersection of East New Hope Dr. and Main St. Fence to be replaced is depicted in Exhibit C, for a total of 251 linear feet of fencing. TOTAL CALENDAR DAYS FOR CONSTRUCTION (not to exceed 60 calendar days). Successful Proposer shall furnish a Maintenance bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the final construction cost throughout the Correction Period to maintain, correct any deficiencies, and keep in good repair the Work.
