This solicitation is being conducted by the Georgia Department of Transportation under its authority to procure services ancillary to the construction and maintenance of a public road (as defined in O.C.G.A 32-1-3 (24) as provided for in O.C.G.A 32-2-61 (c) and (d) (1) (D). Only contractors deemed as Qualified Contractors to provide "Pavement Preservation and Maintenance Services" during the prequalification process having an MSA agreement beginning with (48400-410-0000034480) are eligible to participate in this Invitation to Bid (ITB) / Request for Quote (RFQ). Through this ITB/RFQ the Georgia Department of Transportation (hereinafter, "the State Entity, Department, Agency, or GDOT") is seeking bids for Pavement Preservation and Maintenance Services. All respondents to this ITB/RFQ are subject to same terms and conditions of the MMSA 48400-410-0000034480, all respondents to this ITB/RFQ are subject to same terms and conditions of the RFQC 48400-410-0000033480, subsequent awarded contract, and the Invitation to Bid (ITB) / Request for Quote (RFQ) Form, and are cautioned to completely review the entire ITB/RFQ and follow instructions carefully. Work must be completed no later than: 90 Days Work under this contract consists of 2-foot shoulder widening, white edgeline restriping, and rumble strip reinstallation on SR 54 in Coweta County from MP 0.00 to MP 10.16. Contractor shall furnish all other labor, materials, equipment, and means of transportation, traffic control and incidentals necessary to perform work. This contract shall be bid per line item. Contract pay item quantities are final. Any overrun of quantities will be at the expense of the contractor. Bid Bonds or Proposal Guarantys are no longer required
