Reference number : 1561379 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-03-07 Submission sent electronically accepted: Non The municipality of Lac-des-Aigles, located in the MRC of Temiscouata, is requesting tenders for the extension of the sidewalk on rue Principale "est" Phase 3. Project number: I21-407. The tenderer who will be awarded the contract must carry out the work according to the Key Plans produced by the firm TR3E Experts-conseils inc.. Subsequently, at a council meeting, a resolution will be adopted concerning this project. The Municipality of Lac-des-Aigles reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received and to remove certain parts of the contract. The Municipality will also not be liable for any lawsuit or claim for costs or losses suffered by the bidders as a result of such decisions.
