Site work for a water / sewer project in Decatur, Illinois. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Decatur, Illinois, requests sealed statements of qualifications and proposals from interested, qualified firms to provide the following professional services to the City of Decatur: For the City's Oakley Sediment Basin site, 529 acres in size, perform a topographic survey, analyze existing surface and subsurface drainage, and recommend drainage solutions so that the basin's earthen embankment can be removed from regulation by the Illinois Department of Natural Resources and the site be reclaimed primarily for agricultural production. Statements of qualifications and the technical proposals shall not exceed 15 pages in PDF format with a maximum size of 10 MB. Prepare detailed instruction plans, specifications and necessary permit applications for selected solutions. Questions concerning the proposal shall be submitted in writing via email to: CapitalProjects@decatur.gov with the subject heading: OAKLEY SEDIMENT BASIN SITE DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS. Responses to questions will be provided in writing and transmitted via email to all RFQ&P recipients. The City of Decatur, Illinois, reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, in part or in whole, and to make its selection of the most responsive and responsible firm(s) as deemed in the best interest of the City; further, the right is reserved to waive any formalities or informalities contained in said proposal(s). The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
