This project primarily consists of preparing the site for the installation of a precast concrete building (to be provided by the City) and all associated utility connections required following the building installation at Cheyenne Sports Park, located at 3500 E. Cheyenne Ave., North Las Vegas, NV 89030. The project scope includes; installation of plumbing and electrical lines, building pad construction, and roof system/shade shelter installation. The Project shall be completed within sixty (60) consecutive calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed, which time shall include resolution of all punch list items, final cleanup and demobilization. The work hours for this project will be Monday through Friday, from 6:00am to 4:00pm. The estimated monetary range of this project is $150,000 to $250,000. The contractor selected for this project shall ensure that all employees on the work site are paid in accordance with the current prevailing wage rates as approved by the State Labor Commissioner, and keep accurate records of these payments using LCP Tracker, whenever the actual value of the contract totals $100,000 or more. BID OPENING: There will be no formal bid opening for this project. The bid due date and instructions for bid submissions will be provided to attendees at the Mandatory Prebid Conference.
