The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for the completion of upgrades to toilet rooms and new shower room to meet ADA standards for the ATCT/TRACON at T.F. Green Aiport in Warwick, Rhode Island. The purpose of this project is to upgrade the Men's and Women's Room to meet the requirements of the Architectural Barriers Act (ABA) and construct a new Shower Room. This work includes, but is not limited to, furnishing and installing all labor, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary Review all attachments pertaining to this solicitation prior to submitting a proposal. Please note the FAR references cited in Beta.SAM are not applicable to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) as the FAA has its own policies and guidance referenced in the Acquisition Management System (AMS). This SIR/RFP is being posted in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management Policy, Section 3.2.1.3.11 Public Announcements. The estimated Project Magnitude is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. All interested vendors are advised that the FAA will not pay for any information or any administrative costs incurred that are associated with any response received from industry in response to this SIR. A virtual site visit is scheduled for February 14th, 2022. All questions regarding this SIR should be submitted in writing to Erin Crabtree at erin.m.crabtree@faa.gov. Questions are due no later than February 16th, 2022 at 1700 CST. Proposals are due no later than February 25, 2022 at 1700 EST. Any proposal received after 1700 EST on February 25, 2022 will be considered non-responsive and deemed ineligible for award. The Contractor must (a) begin work under this contract within 5 calendar days after the date you receive the notice to proceed, (b) perform the work diligently, and (c) complete the entire work ready for use not later than 180. The time allowed for completion must include final cleanup of the premises. To be considered for award of this requirement, the offeror must have a current/valid registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database website: www.sam.gov. To be eligible for award, the offeror must submit a proposal that is in accordance with Section L and Section M of this SIR. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
