This solicitation is a request for proposal under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and awarded as a firm-fixed price construction contract. All reference to discussions shall not be interpreted under FAR Part 15, but rather indicates that the Government may communicate with offers as allowed under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. 2. IAW FAR 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $25,000 and $100,000. 3. Contractors shall follow instruction in section L of the solicitation. 4. The contractor shall furnish all labor, expertise, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to complete the work as defined by the approved construction specifications, statement of work, and drawings. All material shall be approved and conform with specifications. Period of Performance: 365 Days after notice to proceed. Firm Fixed Price Contract. Delivery: 03/31/2023 The Contractor shall be required to (a) commence work under this contract within [10] ten calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the notice to proceed, (b) prosecute the work diligently, and (c) complete the entire work ready for use not later than three hundred and sixty-five [365] days. The time stated for completion shall include final cleanup of the premises. REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION (RFI). a. Offerors shall electronically submit RFIs directly to the Contract Specialist, Miguel Martinez (miguel_martinez@fws.gov) with solicitation number in subject line. At a minimum, RFIs shall include the following A responsive proposal shall consist of the following at minimum: SF 1442 with completed blocks 14 (include CAGE Code and DUNS Number), 15, 17, 19 20A, 20B, and 20C; and acknowledge all amendments. Section B filled out - Supplies or Services & Prices or Costs. Technical Proposal to include all Federal, State, and Local licenses, and/or certification, etc., necessary to perform work in at the station. All licenses and/or certificates must be current from start to finish of the project. Past Performance (Provide at minimum three (3) comparable projects completed during the past five years and provide references.
