Only tenders prepared on the forms provided by the City of Mercier, including the duly completed appendices, will be taken into consideration. Mercier City Council does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received. As part of this call for tenders, all questions or requests for clarification, whether administrative or technical, or for any additional information concerning this tender, must be sent in French, within a maximum of seven ( 7) days before the opening of tenders and exclusively with Me Pascal Cloutier at the following email address: direction.greffe@ville.mercier.qc.ca . Despite the pandemic and the resulting health measures, bidders still have the right to attend the opening of bids, but must comply with certain measures including the presentation of their health passport before being able to access the premises where the opening of said tenders.
