Approximately 285 feet of sewer line will be removed and replaced with a new sewer line that has sufficient slope to address the maintenance issues of the existing, flat sewer line. An accessible path of travel from the existing ADA parking to the new restroom will be provided through the replacement of portions of the existing concrete walkway.
