To provide Long Term Elevating Device maintenance service. The Contractor shall provide all necessary tools (including but not limited to programming, diagnostic and site specific specialty devices), equipment, materials, travel, labours, inspection, testing, software updates and/or upgrades. The service must be provided in accordance with Annex A - Statement of Work. The period of any resulting contract will be for a period of ten (10) years with Canada retaining an irrevocable option to extend the contract for three (3) additional five (5) year periods under the same conditions. This requirement is for Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) for the elevators located at Canada's Four Corners Building (93 Sparks Street/14 Metcalfe Street) Marshall Building (90 Wellington Street), Ottawa, Ontario. This requirement is subject to the COVID-19 Vaccination Policy for Supplier Personnel. Failure to complete and provide the COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement Certification as part of the offer will render the offer non-responsive. There is a mandatory site visit associated with this requirement where personnel security screening is required prior to gaining access to PROTECTED information, assets or sites. Consult Part 2 - Bidder Instructions. Bidder's Company Security Officer (CSO) must ensure that their representatives hold a valid security clearance at the required level for the site visit. Failure to comply with the security requirements will result in the representative(s) being denied access to the site. This site visit is subject to the COVID-19 Vaccination Policy for Supplier Personnel. The person(s) who attend must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, or, for personnel that are unable to be vaccinated due to a certified medical contraindication, religion or other prohibited grounds of discrimination under the Canadian Human Rights Act, subject to accommodation and mitigation measures that have been presented to and approved by Canada.
