Site work for a water / sewer project in Centennial, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
A description of the work to be performed, including all materials and labor necessary for completion of the work is: -Remove all trees on the 4 islands within the pond Remove any roots to a minimum of 5' below finished grade of pond floor. -Remove the islands and regrade the pond floor. Excess soil can be stockpiled within 1/4 mile of pond. -Over-ex and recompact pond floor a minimum of 3'. -Place 2 lbs/SF of granular bentonite 6-12" below the surface. Use vibratory sheepsfoot to attain proper compaction. The bentonite needs to be installed from top-of-bank to top-of-bank. -The pond is approximately 600' long x 180' wide. It is currently dry. Any questions concerning this bid shall be submitted no later than 2:00 p.m., February 14, 2022, and must be directed in writing to: C3 Construction Management Co., Attention: JR Osborne (c3construction@live.com). *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The estimated value is $150,000 to $200,000.
