Site work for a water / sewer project in Centennial, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of 2/24/2022, only those attendees present at the mandatory prebid meeting will receive project updates and addenda. For more information, please contact the engineer. The Work generally consists of the rehabilitation of approximately 4,500-linear feet of 42 RCP sanitary sewer CIPP lining, which will require continuous sewer bypass, cleaning, infiltration stopping, build-back, and rehabilitation of 18 sanitary sewer manholes. Approximately 2 of the manholes are in roads and require traffic control, and other manholes utilized for temporary bypass pumping may also require traffic control. Work takes place throughout the Districts service area including within City of Greenwood Village, City of Centennial, City of Englewood, and City of Littleton, Colorado. A Bid Bond or certified check payable to the Owner in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the amount bid must be submitted with each Bid. Invitations to the mandatory pre-bid conference can be provided upon request to Brett Holzapfel (above).
