Installation / routing of electrical utilities, to Building location 7. Construction of new building foundations as shown on the PC Approved Drawings prepared by Modtech Incorporated. 8. Installation of ramp and guard / handrails 9. Connection of utilities to new relocatable Building D as shown on the construction documents. 10. Replacement / reinstallation of paving and landscaping removed or damaged by construction activities 11. Reconfiguration of existing, bark filled apparatus "box" to facilitate installation of relocatble buildings. Removal of existing bark filling, curbs and replacement with base and asphalt per the approved drawings 12. Repainting of pavement markings at accessible parking stalls 13. Miscellaneous ADA upgrades and signage 14. And all other work as shown on the Construction Documents.
