Project Scope of Work. The scope of work includes the furnish and installation of the Work, including, without limitation, providing and furnishing any and all labor, materials, tools, equipment and services necessary to complete, in a workmanlike manner in accordance with the Contract Documents, all of the Work to include: Replace existing carpet to a small section of flooring that had to be removed (carpet provided by the college), replace section of walls (inside the restroom and out) in the upstairs men's and women's restrooms, including wall insulation, plumbing, drywall, and paint. Re-connect existing toilets that were removed (Three (3) toilets in the women's restroom and two (2) in the men's restroom) and connect plumbing and related appurtenances to have the toilets back to running properly and in working order. Re-install existing toilet stall partitions that were removed in both restrooms.
