Renovation of a parking garage in Buffalo, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is seeking competitive bids to replace the existing traffic coating on the Middle Level of Roswell Park's main parking garage. The Work of this Project is limited to phases 1-5, per the Drawings, and consists of the following; Installation of temporary fencing, removal of existing traffic coating, concrete slab and fascia repairs, installation of new traffic coating system, and new traffic line painting on the middle level of Roswell Park's main parking garage within phases 1-5, which covers approximately 75,310 SF. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% Contract term: Through Completion Any questions concerning the Request for Bid should be directed to Ashley Massaro via e-mail at Ashley.Massaro@RoswellPark.org. Questions will be accepted through 12:00 noon on Thursday February 24, 2022. Responses, when deemed necessary, will be communicated by Addendum to registered plan holders who have obtained drawings and specifications from RPCI.
