Renovation of a conference / convention center in Buffalo, New York. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center.

Continue multi-year phased capital improvements to the BNCC facility which will include, but not limited to, (a) Main Lobby entrance doors and windows replacement to meet current energy code, all front hallway radiant heaters and other misc. items; (b) Main Lobby ceiling finishes and lighting upgrade; (c) Meeting Room HVAC upgrade which will include individual heating and ale controls in meeting rooms, addition of reheat coils to all small meeting rooms, rebuilding or replacement of three way water control valves for heating and cooling; (d) Upgrading the Ballroom lighting, sound system and ceiling; HVAC and lighting; and other misc. items. The project is included in the county’s 2022 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of January 31, 2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified.* *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
