PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority (NFTA) seeks qualified Contractors to submit proposals that meet the minimum acceptable criteria set forth herein of bagged and liquid chemicals delivered FOB destination to NFTA's and Niagara Frontier Transit Metro Systems, Inc's (NFTM) facilities located in Buffalo, Niagara Falls, and Cheektowaga, NY. The chemicals requested (listed under Section 4) are used for the purpose of snow and ice removal, as well as to maintain the Buffalo Niagara International Airport's wetland treatment system. Products must be available for delivery no later than November 1, 2023. Prices will be effective from the date the PO is issued. Purchase orders will be issued as needed throughout the term of the agreement. NFTA reserves the right to award the purchase as a whole or on an item-by-item basis.
