COUNTY OF ERIE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Buffalo and Erie County Central Library East Elevator Machine Room & Chimney Exterior Rehabilitation PROJECT NO. 2021-812-04 Sealed bids for General Construction for the above project will be received by the County's Commissioner of Public Works in Suite 1400 of the Rath County Office Building, 95 Franklin Street, Buffalo, NY 14202 until 1:30 PM local time on March 8, 2022, at which time they will be opened and read aloud. NYS Vendor Responsibility Form CCA-2 A/B/C, NYSDOL wage rates, MBE/WBE, Apprenticeship program, and Local and Disadvantaged Workforce requirements may apply to this project. Additional information must be found at: www.erie.gov/dpw Attention is called to COVID bid procedures on the County's website.
