Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mineral Ridge, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Mahoning Valley Campus of Care Resurfacing Project 1960 E. County Line Rd. Mineral Ridge Ohio (former Youngstown Developmental Center) Project includes resurfacing approximately 25,000 SY of the roadway and parking lots on the campus. Bids shall be based on a Total unit price basis as shown in the Form of Proposal. A bid guaranty is required per Ohio Revised Code (ORC) 153.54, either certified check representing ten percent (10%) of the proposal, drawn on a solvent bank, and payable to Western Reserve Port Authority, or a bid bond in the sum of ten percent (10%) of the proposal in lieu thereof must accompany each proposal as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into with the Western Reserve Port Authority, in the manner provided by law. Per ORC 153.571, a performance/payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price will be required after the award of the contract. Bids of Corporations not chartered in Ohio must be accompanied by proper certifications that such Corporation is licensed to do business in Ohio. Contractor must be pre-approved by the Ohio Department of Transportation for the work items needed to be performed. The contractor and all subcontractors for this project must be enrolled in the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation Drug Free Workplace Program or in a similar program approved by the Bureau of Workers' Compensation. This project is being funded with ARPA federal dollars. The contractor and their subcontractors shall comply with the appropriate minimum prevailing wages set forth by the Davis-Bacon wage rates. Each bidder must ensure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, sex or national origin. The Western Reserve Port Authority shall reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. Site visits are permitted during normal business hours. Please indicate the project being bid (MVCOC Resurfacing Project) on the outside of the sealed envelope containing the bid
