Site work and new construction of a civil project in Mineral Ridge, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project consists of the Chemical Feed Improvements at the plant site for the Mineral Ridge Dam Rehabilitation Project including, but not limited to, the installation of temporary powdered activated carbon and potassium permanganate feed lines, new chemical duct bank and feed lines, new raw water sample routing, chemical chambers and temporary manholes, new electrical manhole and electrical cabling, plumbing improvements in the analyzer room of the Administration Building, and new chemical feed lines in the High Service Pump Station. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, bank money order, or a Bid Bond in an amount not less than 10 percent of the Bid total, payable to the Owner in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the successful bid amount. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Trumbull County as determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Bureau of Wage and Hour Administration, 614.644.2239.
