Marathon County Jail Envelope Repairs The Marathon County Facilities and Capital Management Department is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide labor, material and equipment required to complete exterior envelope repairs to the Marathon County Courthouse located at 500 Forest Street, Wausau, WI 54403 Provide all materials, labor, expertise, all equipment, and required insurance to complete exterior repairs to the Marathon County Courthouse. General items to be done but not limited to are caulk replacement, painting, masonry cleaning and sealing, and resealing of windows and skylights. Reservations: Marathon County reserves the right to reject in whole or in part any and all proposals, to waive any informalities, and to accept the bids determined to be in the best interest of the County. This invitation may be canceled if determined to be in the best interest of the County. Ethics: The General Code of the County of Marathon contains various procurement policies which are applicable to this proposed procurement. These include prohibitions against gratuities and kickbacks. This request is governed by the Marathon County Procurement Code, a copy of which is available at the County Clerks office in the Courthouse.
