Site work for a mixed-use development in Guntersville, Alabama. Working plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
Baseball Field Drainage Renovation on the campus of the Guntersville High School Bid request is for the installation of new drainage system and certain other particulars related to that work. Bidders are required to visit the site and examine all existing conditions prior to submitting a proposal, and responsible for verifying measurements. Project is to be bid excluding taxes and all bidders must show evidence of license before bidding by displaying his or her current license number on the outside of the sealed envelope in which the proposal is delivered. Performance and Payments Bonds, and evidence of insurance will be required. The Guntersville City Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive technical errors if, in the Owners judgment, the best interests of the Owner will thereby be promoted.
