Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Guntersville, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium; and educational facility.

Project is to be bid excluding taxes and all bidders must show evidence of license before bidding by displaying his or her current license number on the outside of the sealed envelope inwhich the proposal is delivered. Performance and Payments Bonds, and evidence of insurance will be required. The Guntersville City Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive technical errors if, in the Owners judgment, the best interests of the Owner will thereby be promoted.
