This project is comprised of replacing and upgrading the existing HVAC system at Field Elementary School in Springfield, Missouri. The HVAC system scope includes replacing an existing split system/furnaces and rooftop units with new Variable Refrigerant Flow systems, packaged rooftop units and dedicated outside air units. A new building automation system will also be added.B. Contract Scope: Construction, demolition, and renovation. Bids shall be accompanied by a security deposit as follows: 1. Bid Bond of a sum no less than five (5) percent of the Bid Amount. Bid Bond shall be written by a surety firm acceptable to the Owner, and shall guarantee that: if the Bidder is awarded Contract with Owner within thirty (30) days from the date bids were received, he will enter into a contract with the Owner within ten (10) days after receipt of notice of award, and that a Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bond for 100% of the amount of the Contract will be provided as required by Article 7
