Renovation of an educational facility in Sebringville, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Sealed tenders addressed to The Avon Maitland District School Board will be received at the Facilities Department Building which is located at the Board office 62 Chalk Street North, Seaforth, Ontario N0K 1W0, until 2:00 p.m. on Monday, February, 28, 2022. A Site Meeting will be held at the school located at 4663 Road 135, R.R. #1 Sebringville Ontario, N0K 1X0, on Wednesday, February 16, 2022, at 3:30 p.m. This will be the only opportunity to visit the site. The project involves upgrades to the building envelope and construction of a new universal washroom in an existing changeroom. The building envelope upgrades will consist of partial brick veneer removal and replacement with new metal cladding and/or masonry veneer on the north and east elevations of the building. Bid Bond amount of $45,000.00 (FORTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS) is required to accompany tender. Successful bidder will be required to provide 50% Performance Bond and 50% Labour and Material Payment Bond. Electronic tender documents will be available to General Contractors only from the office of Marklevitz Architects Inc., 516 Huron Street, Stratford, Ontario.
