The Town of Los Gatos is soliciting a Request for Proposals (RFP) for experienced companies to work with the Town of Los Gatos (Town) to complete repairs and waterproofing of the Lot #4 parking structure The work to be completed under this RFP will occur at the Parking Lot #4 located between Grays Lane and Elm Street and between North Santa Cruz Avenue and University Avenue. The Town of Los Gatos is looking to contract with a construction contractor to perform repairs to the parking structure per the attached Plans, "Parking Lot No. 4," and other related work as follows: 1. Perform structural repairs as per the Plans 2. Remove and replace waterproofing membranes in the integrated planter boxes on the second level of the parking garage 3. Seal coat the upper level of the parking structure 4. Additive Alternate #1-Paint vertical exterior surfaces of the parking structure The Town intends to award one contract to a qualified contractor. The contractor will be responsible for making available, maintaining, and operating equipment and crews for the duration of the contract. Prospective companies shall conform to Town insurance and business license requirements before a contract may be executed. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, wholly or in part, received by reason of this request.
