The Collier County Community and Human Services Division is requesting quotes from interested and qualified firms to provide services associated with compiling/finalizing and bringing forth to certification, Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Environmental Reviews - Site Specific. SCOPE: SITE SPECIFIC ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW SERVICE DELIVERY PREPARED AND CERTIFIED o Prepare a site-specific environmental review/assessment for site-specific developer or subrecipient agreements as required by grant regulations; o Provide review in a timely fashion to ensure compliance within each project timeline; o Determine the level of review o Collect necessary data o Facilitate and prepare required correspondences, public notices and checklists o Public notices shall be provided in both English and Spanish and in a format ready for publication o Provide Community and Human services review guidance o Certify the environmental review/assessment and present to Community and Human Services Division; o If necessary, conduct site specific inspection to complete the assessment; o Prepare a final printed and complete environmental review record to include publications ready for review and approval by the County certifying officer; o Prepare mitigation plans as necessary; o Provide a price for the follow levels of anticipated Environmental Reviews: Q & A deadline: Mar 10, 2022 12:00:00 PM MST The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
