Renovation of a water / sewer project in Baytown, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Notice to Proceed March/April 2022 Clarifier troughs are to be emptied by the City of Baytown prior to any work started. Only one (1) trough will be worked on at a time to minimize treatment plant operation disruption. At no time will both clarifier troughs be out of service. Contractor will plan accordingly and outline a time frame in the Project Plan. The contractor shall have ninety (90) calendar days to complete both clarifier troughs once a Notice to Proceed has been issued to the awarded vendor. If contractor fails to complete both troughs in the allotted time, liquidated damages will be assessed at $1000.00 per day. Submitted Project Plans shall contain information pertaining to the Scope of Work outlined herein. Contractor shall also list all requirements to be provided by or performed by the City of Baytown prior to commencement of work, as well as the time frame it is needed. The City WILL NOT be responsible for, or provide for, any tools, equipment, safety equipment, materials, labor, personal protection equipment, or any and all items required to successfully complete the project.
