Scope of Project: 1. Approximately 385,000 cubic yards of excavation for detention pond facility and all appurtenances. 2. Approximately 40 linear feet of five-foot (5') by five-foot (5') box culvert and all appurtenances. 3. Approximately 75 linear feet of six-foot (6') by six-foot (6') box culvert and all appurtenances. 4. Approximately 100 linear feet of thirty-inch (30") RCP and all appurtenances. 6. Approximately 215 linear feet of thirty-six-inch (36") RCP and all appurtenances. 7. Approximately 100 linear feet of forty-eight-inch (48") RCP and all appurtenances. 8. Approximately 6,700 linear feet of backslope interceptor swales. 9. Approximately five (5) backslope interceptor swale structures and all appurtenances. 10. Approximately 4,000 linear feet of five-inch (5") thick, six-foot (6') wide concrete pilot channel. 11. Approximately 360 square yards of five-inch (5") thick reinforced concrete slope paving. 12. Approximately 6,000 square yards of six-inch (6") thick crushed concrete for fifteen-foot (15') road. 13. Approximately 6,500 square yards of eight-inch (8") thick lime stabilized subgrade. 14. Concrete headwall structure (35'Wx5'Hx1'T) for 1-4'x3' RCB, 2-7'x3' RCB, 1-30" RCP, with wingwalls, flap gates, and baffle blocks, complete in place. 15. Triplex Pump Station (2-21" Pipe, 1-6" Pipe), approximate twenty-four-foot (24') diameter, thirty- foot (30') deep, complete in place (including electrical panel, lighting, security fence, and access drive). A bid bond or cashier's check in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond, a payment bond, and a one-year maintenance bond as provided for in the bid documents, for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. substantially completed within two hundred forty (240) calendar days + Final completion shall occur not later than thirty (30) days following the date of Substantial Completion.
