Q & A deadline: Jul 28, 2022 8:00:00 PM EDT Maricopa County (County) is soliciting contractors to provide factory authorized parts, service and programming support for building automation systems which monitor and control heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment, computer room air condition (CRAC) units, Information Technology (IT) rooms, central plants, boilers, solar thermal systems and initiate smoke control, to include complete factory authorized support of the existing Siemens, Alerton and Trane system front end software, hardware and field devices. Respondents may bid to provide services to one or more existing systems. This contract may be awarded in full or in part based on the vendor capabilities to support the existing automation systems in current County facilities. Contract will be awarded per system manufacturer.
It is the intent of the County to use this contract for automation facility controls service, parts, replacements, upgrades, extensions, software, programming, engineering, new installations, and projects as the County deems to be in its best interest. Additional requirements will be sourced through a quote/proposal process initiated by the department.

Award is made at the sole discretion of the solicitation issuing Department. Maricopa County reserves the right to award in full or in part to a single vendor or multiple vendors. COMMUNICATION:
