To access the building for inspection park outside of the gate on Belshire and walk about 500ft to the structure. Work to be completed by 10/28/2022. SCOPE Remove existing roofing, underlayment and drip edge to original sheathing and dispose of properly Remove and replace/repair any rotted sheathing Re-nail existing plywood or other boards as needed Furnish and install new 1 1/2 T-style drip edge (Color: Brown) Furnish and install a minimum of one course of ice and water shield up from the eve of the roof Furnish and install ice and water shield the entire length of any valleys Furnish and cover remaining roof with a synthetic roofing underlayment Furnish and install a Lifetime Architectural Shingle (Color: Weathered Wood) Furnish and replace all flashing, pipe boots, and vents Non-Ridge Vents must be slant-back aluminum in a coordinating color Furnish and install new cap on all hips & ridge All lawn/landscaping areas shall be restored to their pre-construction status Provide three (3) references of current/past customers who are able to verify the quality of products and/or services your company provides. References should not include any current/past Kent County employees. Kent County requests references of similar size and scope of work. All persons providing goods and/or services to Kent County shall comply with all applicable local, State and Federal laws, rules, and regulations specifically including, but not limited to, lawful Emergency Orders. Respondent, at time of submission, shall in good faith quote a delivery date after full and careful consideration of materials, production schedules, labor availability and other relevant factors. Respondent shall notify Kent County Purchasing in writing within (10) business days of purchase order receipt if the confirmed delivery date is later than the quoted delivery date. The County reserves the right to either accept the confirmed delivery or cancel the purchase order. Respondent acknowledges that any agreement pursuant to this solicitation is in reliance upon Respondents confirmation of delivery. Respondent may incur liquidated damages if delivery is more than (15) business days from the confirmed delivery date. Each contract over $50,000 must be accompanied by a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each payable to the Owner (County of Kent) and each in the amount of 100 percent (100%) of the contract price with a corporate surety approved by the funding agency, for the faithful performance of the contract. Kent County is not liable for cost incurred prior to award. A submission shall constitute an irrevocable offer for a period of sixty (60) days from the due date/time. In the event the notification of award is not made within sixty (60) days from the due date/time, the Respondent may withdraw or provide a written extension of their submission.
