Reference number : 1567335 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-02-24 Submission sent electronically accepted: No Rehabilitation of Route Saint-Jean Sud over +- 1,100 meters The Municipality of Sainte-Claire requires tenders for the completion of road repair work. The work includes, but is not limited to, the resurfacing of Route Saint-Jean Sud over an approximate length of 1,100 metres. Note that the replacement of two (2) culverts, the installation of foundation drains and the redevelopment of the curve are also planned. The work will be carried out under the Gas Tax and Quebec Contribution (TECQ) program. They are therefore conditional on obtaining financial assistance from this program. The tenderer who will be awarded the contract must carry out the work according to the plans and specifications produced by the MRC de Bellechasse on February 3, 2022. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the council of the municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council. A bid bond of 10% of the submitted price must accompany the bid. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required.
