If any equipment is found to be defective it is to be identified to owner for approval of repair/replacement. All work shall be installed and completed with the latest rules and regulations of the ASME, NFPA, NEC and all State and local codes and standards and such work not so installed shall be removed and reinstalled at the Contractor ' s expense.
