**As of March 31, 2022, project was awarded to Environmental Construction Inc., anticipated construction start date is June this year and end date is end of September.** Separate sealed Bids will be received for the following: Contract No. 1 - General The work consists of interior alterations to the JRSB Administration Building including installation of new tile, and kitchen improvements, complete with all equipment and accessories, in accordance with the Bidding Documents heretofore prepared by the Joint Regional Sewerage Board. The Contract Documents may be examined at the following locations: Joint Regional Sewerage Board Ecology Lane West Haverstraw, NY 10993 Copies of Bidding Documents are available electronically (via email) upon request. Paper copies of the Bidding Documents will not be provided. All other questions shall be submitted via e-mail to Patrick Brady, PE at pbrady@jrsb.org. The subject heading for all e-mails shall be: Subject: JRSB Administration Building Alterations No response will be given to questions received less than 7 business days before the Bid opening date. Bidders shall review and acknowledge all Addenda on the Bid Form. If, upon acceptance of a Bid, a Bidder fails to enter into a Contract with the Joint Regional Sewerage Board of West Haverstraw, NY, the bid security shall be forfeited to and become the property of the Joint Regional Sewerage Board. No Bidder may withdraw its Bid within 60 days after the date of the Bid opening the Joint Regional Sewerage Board and conforming to the prerequisite requirements of Article 5 of the General Conditions. The Joint Regional Sewerage Board reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all Bids. Bidders are required to certify, under penalty of perjury, that Bids have been prepared without collusion with other Bidders, subcontractors, suppliers, etc. This certification is included with the Bid Form and each Bidder must sign in the space provided. Contractors are encouraged to attend the site visit prior to submitting a bid.
