If the Bid is transmitted on paper , the bid security must be produced in one of the following forms: a bond issued by a Financial Institution in accordance with the provisions of the model bid bond reproduced in Appendix 4.01 of the Bid Form; a certified cheque, money order or bank draft, made payable to the PUBLIC BODY; THE PUBLIC BODY (Centre de services scolaire Marie-Victorin) wishes to establish one (1) Contract, relating to Snow and Ice Removal Services for all of the buildings in its real estate portfolio, located in the cities of Longueuil, Brossard and Saint-Lambert (and their boroughs). The duration of the Contract is established for the winters of 2022-2023, 2023-2024 and 2024-2025, beginning on September 6, 2022 and ending no later than June 30, 2025 . These Services must be performed in accordance with this Quotation, according to the fixed prices and the unit prices indicated in the Price Schedule. The overall provision of services is subdivided into seven (7) lots , namely: Lot 1 - the Services required for the buildings listed in the Price Schedule (12 buildings) - lot 1, sections 1 and 2; Lot 2 - the Services required for the buildings listed in the Price Schedule (11 buildings) - lot 2, sections 1 and 2; Lot 3 - the Services required for the buildings listed in the Price Schedule (10 buildings) - lot 3, sections 1 and 2; Lot 4 - the Services required for the buildings listed in the Price Schedule (15 buildings) - lot 4, sections 1 and 2; Lot 5 - the Services required for the buildings listed in the Price Schedule (10 buildings) - lot 5, sections 1 and 2; Lot 6 - the Services required for the buildings listed in the Price Schedule (9 buildings) - lot 6, sections 1 and 2; Lot 7 - the Services required for the buildings listed in the Price Schedule (14 buildings) - lot 7, sections 1 and 2. IF THE AMOUNT OF THE BID RESULTS IN THE CONTRACT INCLUDING AN EXPENDITURE EQUAL TO OR GREATER THAN ONE MILLION DOLLARS ($1,000,000) - INCLUDING THE APPLICABLE NET TAX PERCENTAGE OF 6.88675% - THE BIDDER MUST, AT THE DATE OF FILING OF HIS TENDER, HAVE AN AUTHORIZATION TO CONTRACT ISSUED BY THE PUBLIC CONTRACTS AUTHORITY (SEE ARTICLE 1.05.19 OF THE REGIE). SINCE THE CONTRACT CORRESPONDS TO A SEPARATE CONTRACT PER LOT , THE EXPENSE ASSESSMENT FOR THE AUTHORIZATION TO CONTRACT MUST BE DONE BASED ON EACH SEPARATE LOT.
