Please note is the designated locations and means for distributing and obtaining all bid package information. All bidders are urged to register to ensure receipt of all necessary information, including bid addenda. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that all bids and proposals must be accompanied by a statement of non- collusion in conformity with the requirements of Section 103-D of the General Municipal Law. The Town Board reserves the unrestricted right to accept or reject any and all bids or to waive informalities therein. All phases of this project are eligible for financing through the New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation (NYSEFC). Proposers should carefully review the "NY State Revolving Fund Bid Packet for Construction Contracts" which is included as part of the contract documents. Among other requirements, the successful Firm shall utilize Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) and/or Women's Business Enterprises (WBE) in the performance of the work according to the goals specified in the documents. The Town Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informalities in and to accept such bids which, in its opinion, are in the best interests of the Town. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 (sixty) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
