This project will provide multi-modal improvements along Sterling Ave from Winner Road to US 40 Highway. The selected consultant is expected to provide engineering services necessary for the design, permitting, bidding, and construction phases of the project. The City of Independence, Municipal Services Department, requests proposals from qualified consulting engineering firms to prepare preliminary engineering plans with a strip map, right-of-way plans and legal descriptions, final plans, bid documents, and construction engineering services for the Truman Connected – Phase 2 project located in western Independence, MO.
