Wahiawa Elementary School - Various Classroom Window AC Installation 1. Before ordering equipment, provide specifications of A/C units to Project Coordinator for approval. 2. All units must be Energy Star-rated with a minimum CEER of 10.3. 3. All A/C units shall be installed with condensation drain lines. 4. Any equipment and/or installation changes identified during the pre-bid meeting/walkthrough shall be verified and approved by the Project Coordinator. Changes will be posted as an Addendum to the Scope. 5. All AC units will be framed with painted 2 x 4. 6. All wood around the AC units will be painted (interior and exterior).
